What and Who
There will be an art sale of RAG members' works at The Artists' Basement
in 5 Points (2013 Devine Street, Columbia SC;
Mapquest or
GoogleMaps), Dec 1-4, 2006. All RAG members in good standing are invited to submit work for this sale. Works will be displayed throughout the sale in the gallery. The Public is invited to an Opening with food, wine, etc. on Friday, December 1 from 6-9 PM.

Benefit and Canathon
A portion of proceeds (10%) from sales will be donated to Harvest Hope Foodbank. In addition, all visitors to the sale who donate 3+ cans of food to Harvest Hope Foodbank at The Artists' Basement during the show will receive a $5 gift certificate that can be used towards the purchase of any works sold at the sale.
Information for Participating Artists
You must be a RAG member in good standing (paid dues - $15/year).
Enter up to 10 pieces.
Participants must contribute $15 to cover costs of the Opening (bring to opening).
The show will be set up under the supervision of Laura Brown (owner of The Artists' Basement) with the assistance of the participating artists. Artists needing special displays may need to supply those displays - please inquire if you have special needs.
Drop Off: at The Artists' Basement 5-7 PM Tuesday Nov 28 (2013 Devine Street in 5-Points).
Set Up: 6-9 Wednesday Nov 29 (drop off during set up OK). VOLUNTEERS NEEDED.
Pick UP: Unsold art must be picked up (or arraigned to be picked up) as soon as possible after the show (5-7PM Monday, Dec 4).

Proceeds will be divided 70% to the artist, 20% to The Artists' Basement, 10% to Harvest Hope Food Bank. In addition, patrons donating at least 3 cans of food to Harvest Hope at the venue will be given a $5 gift certificate towards the purchase of works displayed in the show.
Participating artists should provide a food item for the opening (wine will be supplied).
Artists are encouraged to participate with sales throughout the show.
