R A G strives to promote and support local artists by providing a venue for discussion and intellectual development, as well as venues for sharing creative efforts with the community. The Guild welcomes creative individuals interested in all expressive media including visual and object art, music, dance, performance and words. RAG's goal is to weave our community together by providing a resource for artists and by increasing appreciation and support for all arts.
RAG is named for the neighborhoods surrounding Rosewood Drive in Columbia SC, but reaches out to the creative community throughout the Midlands and beyond.
This energetic group of creative people meets monthly to share ideas and inspiration.
Our meetings are currently the third Wednesday of the month, at 6:30; most meetings are held at The Art Shack Gallery Cafe, at Rosewood and Woodrow.

Our next Y'ART SALE will be Saturday April 26, from 10-2. There is no price limit on items to be sold. Click on links below to see photos of previous sales.
To participate in this event, plan on being set up by 9:45AM. There is ample space along the wall, sidewalk and patio areas. Please adjust to available space and numbers of participants. Provide your own tables, etc. and handle your own money. Reimburse for advertising ($11 @ Oct 6 event).
